SELF LOVE IN THIS SELF PORTRAIT SESSION. Life has taught me to Love myself in every stage I live, in and out and to feel proud of myself. Nobody else will do the work for you, nobody else will push you as efficiently as you can. I’ve lived situations that scared me and made me feel pain, sadness, hopeless and depressed. Those Low Vibrations Events made me a fighter, a pusher in my own life, and a strong woman. They made who I am today, and to be honest, I feel very proud to be here and to be who I am.

Sometimes it takes sadness to know happiness, noise to appreciate silence, and absence to value presence.

Life has been my greatest and most interesting teacher. Thanks to those low vibration events, I have lived MANY High Vibration Events and when I say «lived» I mean REALLY enjoy them. I learned about balance, just like the quote you just read about duality.

The entire world is living a different life, every mind and every life has its own purpose. Perfection doesn’t exist, and finding happiness is a waste of time. Happiness is right here, in your perception in life, in a good beautiful moment that may only last for an hour or a week and then everything else becomes «neutral» again or maybe «angry and sad» for a while, then you start worrying you are not feeling happy 24/7. Let go of the idea of feeling super happy with a smile from ear to ear every day, you are human, not a robot. Every day we feel many things, and every feeling is important even those in low vibration. Don’t try to control them, try to understand why are you feeling them.

Self Love. Start by accepting yourself. Everything about you, even those things you want to «fix» (in & out). Accept that today you are this way, that today you feel good or maybe anxious. Accept your personality and your thoughts. Let them flow. Accept your stubbornness, your body, your short/long legs, your birthmarks. Love yourself so hard that it makes you want to find the best version of yourself.

When you love yourself you take care of your mental, emotional and physical health.

Do more things that bring you joy. Be curious and try new things. Cook new recipes, take all the photos you want, write your thoughts, do a little dance every day, kiss with love, hug yourself and hug your people. Have a good night rest, or take a nap. Drink water. Be kind to yourself and be kind to the world.
