FAT BOMB, A VERY TASTY ONE. Also known as the keto bombs or keto fat bombs. They consist of a small piece full of fat and low in carbs, perfect for those following a keto diet or if you want to squeeze in a bunch of calories. Beware on the quantity, this is not low in calories so don’t go crazy. It is a very easy recipe, 3 ingredients and 3 steps to follow.
Ingredients:
· 30g of Hershey’s Cocoa
· 1/2 cup Almond Butter (you can switch for natural peanut butter)
· 50g Coconut Oil
1. Warm the almond butter and the coconut oil (separately), then mix all the ingredients (I did it manually).
2. Pour into a mold, I used a silicone ice cube tray and it worked perfectly.
3. Freeze for a couple of hours. (keep them on the freezer while you consume them)

1. Caliente la crema de almendras y el aceite de coco (por separado), luego mezcle todos los ingredientes (lo hice manualmente).
2. Vierta en un molde, usé una bandeja de cubitos de hielo de silicona y funcionó perfectamente.
3. Congele durante un par de horas. (mantener en congelación mientras se vayan consumiendo)
