Vegan Tuna Sandwich

Make this Vegan Tuna Sandwich at home and enjoy its nutritious benefits.

INGREDIENTS / INGREDIENTES

º 1 Can of Chikpeas / 1 lata de garbanzos
º Broccoli Bits / Brocoli molido o bits
º Vegan Mayo / Mayonesa Vegana
º Mustard / Mostaza
º Tofu
º Onion / Cebolla en trocitos

STEPS TO FOLLOW 

º Chop a 1/4 of an onion (or skip it if you don’t like onions).
º Chop into tiny pieces several pieces of broccoli.
º In a large bowl put the chickpeas, the broccoli bits, the onion, 2 tablespoons of vegan mayo and half of the Tofu package.
º With a fork, mash the tofu and stir all the ingredients.
º Add salt and pepper if you like.

It’s really easy and quick to do this, keep it fresh and sealed in the fridge and make yourself a Vegan Tuna Sandwich! Add toppings like pickles or vegan cheese and ENJOY!

PASOS A SEGUIR

º Picar 1/4 de una cebolla (o salta este paso si no te gustan las cebollas).
º Picar en pedacitos varios pedazos de brócoli ( o compra Brocoli Bits)
º En un tazón grande pon los garbanzos, el broccoli, la cebolla, 2 cucharadas de mayonesa vegana y la mitad del paquete de tofu
º Con un tenedor, machaca el tofu y mezcla todos los ingredientes.
º Agrega sal y pimienta si lo deseas.

¡Es realmente fácil y rápido hacer esto! Manténlo fresco y sellado en el refri y prepárate un sándwich de atún vegano. Agrega los toppings que te guste como pepinillos o queso vegano y a DISFRUTAR.
