Esta es la receta mas fácil del mundo. Casi. Si llevas una dieta baja en carbohidratos, KETO, o simplemente quieres bajarle a los carbohidratos del día pero quieres algo DULCE para desayunar en lugar de huevo con verduras; intenta esta receta. Es dulce, con proteína, baja en carbohidratos y saludable.
Ingredientes:
– Bits de Coliflor (es más rápido si consigues la coliflor de esta forma sino, ralla la coliflor)
– Proteína en polvo de tu preferencia. Yo usé de sabor vainilla. (revisa que sea baja en carbs)
– Leche baja en carbohidratos
– Canela
– Microondas ó una olla en estufa.
Instrucciones:
1. En un recipiente para microondas, sirve 1 taza de bits de coliflor. Mete el recipiente al micoondas por 4-5 minutos. Al final, vierte la cantidad de leche al gusto, de preferencia 1/4 de taza para que no se aguade tanto. (ó si prefieres la avena como cereal, sirve mas leche)
(en caso de hacerlo en olla sobre estufa, sirve la taza de coliflor en la olla, agrega 1/4 de leche y calienta por unos 5 minutos.
2. Cuando la coliflor ya esté caliente, olerá rico y se habrá encogido un poco. (yo uso esta porción para mi, puedes aumentarla si lo deseas).
3. Agrega al recipiente 1/2 scoop de proteína y revuelve muy bien. (Dependiento de tu proteína, puedes agregar el scoop completo)
4. Sirve toda la mezcla en tu tazón favorito, agrega un poco de canela y ya terminaste tu desayuno low-carb.
* Recuerda que esto es como una BASE de avena de coliflor baja en carbohidratos. Si quieres más sabor y calorías, puedes agregarle TOPPINGS como; un poco de crema de almendras, cacahuate natural, fresas o almendras fileteadas.

(in the case of a pot over a stove, serve the cup of cauliflower in the pot, add 1/4 cup of milk and heat for about 7 minutes.
2. When the cauliflower is already hot, it will smell rich and may shrink a little. (I use this portion for me, you can add more cauliflower).
3. Add 1/2 scoop of protein to the bowl and stir well. (Depending on your protein, you can add the complete scoop)
4. Serve all the mix in your favorite bowl, add a little cinnamon and you’ve finished your low-carb breakfast.
* Remember that this is a low carb oat cauliflower. If you want more flavor and calories, you can add TOPPINGS as; a spoon of almond butter, peanut butter, strawberries or sliced almonds.
