KETO PANCAKES, AKA LOW CARB PANCAKES

Keto pancakes, also known as Low-Carb pancakes. They are VERY good, especially if you are doing a low carb diet or you just want to enjoy a stack of pancakes without feeling super bloated and guilty. The secret here is to play with the portions of the ingredients we are using, I’m sharing today 2 options. The first one has way more calories and the second one has fewer calories but keeping the good amount of protein and the low net carbs.
BTW, I`ll be sharing more keto pancakes soon like; matcha, chocolate, etc.. 

Hotcakes cetogénicos, también conocidos como hotcakes bajos en carbohidratos. Son MUY buenos, especialmente si estás haciendo una dieta baja en carbohidratos o si simplemente quieres disfrutar de una pila de hotcakes sin sentirte súper hinchado y culpable. El secreto aquí es jugar con las porciones de los ingredientes que estamos usando, estoy compartiendo hoy 2 opciones. El primero tiene más calorías y el segundo tiene menos calorías pero conservando la buena cantidad de proteínas y los carbohidratos netos bajos.
Por cierto, pronto estaré compartiendo más hotcakes keto; Matcha, chocolate, etc.

Acompaña tus hotcakes con fruta baja en carbs como las fresas, ó agrega un poquito de miel sin azúcar. Cuida de los toppings que decidas agregarle para que no sume mucho las calorías / carbohidratos.
