Keto pancakes, also known as Low-Carb pancakes. They are VERY good, especially if you are doing a low carb diet or you just want to enjoy a stack of pancakes without feeling super bloated and guilty. The secret here is to play with the portions of the ingredients we are using, I’m sharing today 2 options. The first one has way more calories and the second one has fewer calories but keeping the good amount of protein and the low net carbs.

Son MUY buenos, especialmente si estás haciendo una dieta baja en carbohidratos o si simplemente quieres disfrutar de una pila de hotcakes sin sentirte súper hinchado y culpable.
