Keto Cauliflower Mac N Cheese

Disfruta de una versión baja en carbohidratos de los famosos «Macarrones con Queso», también conocidos como los Mac N Cheese KETO. Entiendo que al principio dirás «no creo que estén tan buenos, me quedo con la pasta», pero te reto a que los prepares. Te vas a enamorar del sabor y consistencia.

Enjoy a Low-Carb version of the famous «Mac N Cheese», also known as the KETO Mac N Cheese. I understand that at the beginning you will say «No thanks, I’ll stay with the original ones», but I challenge you to prepare them. You will fall in love with the taste and consistency.

Ingredients
for 2-3 servings
1 head cauliflower or 1 bag of cauliflower florets
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste (I used Italian seasoning as well)
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (50 g) or half a 200 g cheese block if you crave more cheese.

Preparation
1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets / or use your cauliflower florets bag.
2. Add the cauliflower florets into a big cooking pot and boil for 5-8 minutes.
3. Drain the cauliflower in a colander, and return them to the pot. Reduce heat to low for the next steps.
4. Add in garlic, salt, pepper, and almond milk. Stir carefully until thoroughly combined.
5. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
6. Remove from heat and enjoy!

* You can serve them over a plate full of spinach, use them as a side for your main dish and some asparagus or just eat them straight from a bowl.

ANETTE MORGAN WELLNESS KETO MAC N CHEESE 1

Ingredientes
para 2-3 porciones
1 cabeza de coliflor o 1 bolsa de floretes de coliflor
Sal, pimienta y ajo al gusto (también utilicé condimentos italianos)
¼ taza de leche de almendras sin azúcar
½ taza de queso cheddar rallado (50 g) o la mitad de un bloque de queso de 200 g si desea más queso.

Preparación
1. Corte la coliflor en pequeñas floretes o use su bolsa de floretes para coliflor.
2. Agregue los floretes de coliflor en una olla grande y deje hervir durante 5 a 8 minutos.
3. Escurra la coliflor en un colador y regréselos a la olla. Reduzca el fuego a bajo para los siguientes pasos.
4. Agregue el ajo, la sal, la pimienta y la leche de almendras. Revuelva cuidadosamente hasta que esté bien combinado
5. Agregue el queso cheddar hasta que se derrita.
6. ¡Retirar del fuego y a disfrutar!

* Puedes servirlos en un plato lleno de espinacas, usarlos como guarnición para tu platillo principal y algunos espárragos o simplemente comerlos directamente de un tazón.
