FLOW ~ FLUIR

Estamos tan aferrados. Nos da cierta seguridad sentir que somos dueños de algo, del tiempo, de una mascota, de una casa,. Nos encanta acumular cosas, comprar y comprar. Guardar por años algo que ya no le damos utilidad. Todos tenemos cosas guardadas que no nos dan nada bueno, solo nos quitan espacio y energía. No solo hablo de cosas materiales, también de relaciones y amistades tóxicas que seguimos manteniendo solo porque sentimos que «tenemos que»… No «tenemos que» hacer ni guardar ni mantener nada que no nos haga felices. Quizá tengamos muchas vidas en este mundo, pero solo estamos conscientes de la que tenemos hoy y HOY es lo que importa. Viviremos unos días mas, unos años o tal vez lleguemos a los 100. Esta es tu vida, haz lo que quieras siempre y cuando no dañes a nadie mas. Despídete de las cosas o personas que no te llenan ni te hacen un bien. Sé amable y ten empatía con los demás. Nadie es perfecto, todos estamos aquí viviendo nuestras propias experiencias, todos estamos aprendiendo algo,. Deja que los demás vivan, vive tu lo tuyo. Preocúpate por ti. Cuida de tu salud mental, emocional y física. Nuestros cuerpos no durarán para siempre, aliméntate bien, hidrátate, camina, baila, sonríe 🙂 Dejemos de querer controlar todo, intentemos cada día dejar fluir la vida. Comparte y disfruta lo que ya tienes.

We are so attached to our possessions. It gives us certain security to feel that we own something,. time,  a pet, a house. We love to accumulate things, to buy and to buy. To keep something for years even if we no longer use it. We all store things that do not give us anything good, they only take away space and energy. I am not talking only about material things, but about toxic relationships and friendships that we continue to maintain only because we feel that we «have to» … We don’t «have to» do or keep anything that does not make us happy. We may have many lives in this world, but we are only aware of the one we have today and TODAY is what matters. Maybe we will live a few more days, a few years or perhaps we will reach 100. The thing is, this is your life, do what makes you happy as long as you don’t hurt anybody else. Cut toxic people out of your life. Be kind and have empathy with others. No one is perfect, we are all here living our own experiences, we are all learning something. Let the others live, live your thing. Worry about yourself. Take care of your mental, emotional and physical health. Our bodies will not last forever, eat well, hydrate, walk, dance, smile 🙂 Let’s stop wanting to control everything, let’s try to let life flow every day. Share and enjoy what you already have.

Let things flow. Let them be. Let go.
